For "ease of use" we'll be using Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5) when we make reference to times in polls, events, or other things for the game.
1. Enjoy the game. It is a game, after all.
2. Be respectful to your guild mates.
3. Remember that being part of this guild means you represent this guild in your actions. Be respectful in chats. Yes, this includes channel chat.
4. Your guild activity score will be monitored and your contracts renewed once this score reaches the maximum of 10000, or when your contract has ended. When your contract is renewed your pay will be affected by your activity score. Reaching the maximum of 10000 activity score will net in a pay raise. To increase your activity score, you must do things in the game that increase your experience levels, be it character experience, combat, life skills, etc. The fastest way to increase this score is to participate in guild missions.
5. Events will not always be mandatory, but you must participate in a minimum of 1 guild mission a week. We will have options of Gathering and Subjugation missions every day, and a signup will be listed for each day so that you can plan to be there and we can see who will be available during those times.
6. If you are having any issues with the guild, or a guild member, please let an officer or the guild leader know immediately, either in game, or through a personal message on this forum. We will discuss a solution as soon as possible.
7. Please check the forum as often as you can for any updates or changes, as it's difficult to make sure everyone gets all the info through the game.
8. Currently our "home" channel is Serendia E2. We understand that there are occasional problems with the channels, but when the problems get resolved, please try to return to Serendia E2 so that we can keep up with guild related things (like renewing your contracts and events). Serendia E1 is a good backup channel, usually, during the times that there are issues with E2. If this changes, we will let everyone know.
9. We appreciate activity in this guild, so if you need to be offline for more than 14 days, please let us know so that we won't boot you from the guild thinking you disappeared on us.
10. Do not discuss 3rd Party Programming or macros of any type in Guild Chat. If you wish to discuss it, do it through whispers to someone who is comfortable with the conversation. This is like political conversations that many people are not comfortable with.
